Recently, Jiangsu Province Metallurgical Industry Association and Jiangsu Province Metal Society announced the 2022 science and Technology Award recognition list, Enreach Copper "precision copper pipe intelligent manufacturing industrialization key technology research and application" project won the second prize.

The project of "Research and Application of Key Technologies for industrialization of intelligent manufacturing of precision copper tube" carries out the precision forming work of high-quality copper tube billets through the organic combination of process precision control and online intelligent detection.


Multi-field coupling finite element simulation of flow field-temperature field-structure field, development and application of mass data screening system of multi-process parameters for horizontal continuous casting, automatic control water cooling system and control model for horizontal continuous casting of copper tube billet, development and deployment of ultrasonic online detection system for horizontal continuous casting billet. The real-time control of horizontal continuous casting process parameters, in-depth and systematic disclosure of horizontal continuous casting solidification process, online detection and feedback of defects and wall thickness based on ultrasonic detection system are preliminarily realized, and the quantitative description and feedback of the relationship between the structure, performance and quality of the casting billet and the pipe before and after the process are realized.


Among them, the intelligent water cooling control system of horizontal continuous casting graphite crystallizer and the online inspection system of copper tube billet quality have filled the gaps in related fields in China and led the development of intelligent manufacturing technology in the copper tube industry.
